Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised, changing your password signs out every other device immediately.

Your content

You own what you create. We claim no rights over your projects, tasks, messages or files. We store and process them only to operate the service for you and the people you share a workspace with.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload malware, or content you have no right to distribute.
• Do not attempt to access workspaces you have not been invited to.
• Do not use the service to harass anyone.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service for other people.

Workspace roles

Workspace admins can invite and remove members, change roles, and delete projects. If you join someone else's workspace, they control access to it.

Availability

We work to keep Flows available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Paid plans carry the availability commitments stated at purchase.

Cancellation

You may stop using Flows and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that materially breaches these terms, and will explain why where we can.

Changes

We will give notice in the product before any material change takes effect.
